Am I the only one who read that title to the tune of Alladin’s “A Whole New World”? This game is sure to dredge up all of our favorite Disney songs on a whole new level! The excitement is palpable at Keystone Cards and Games as we have been anxiously awaiting its arrival since the game was officially announced by Disney late last year.
From the anticipation of waiting to see what products will be launched, to what gameplay would look like, the anxiety of waiting to see if we were on the list of approved game stores, to the arrival of the first sneak peaks of cards, it’s been a seemingly long journey already! One, that is about to enter a whole new chapter with its official release tomorrow, August 18th!!!
Get your Mickey Mouse ears out of the closet and let’s geek out!!! To celebrate, we have a sealed release event scheduled in place of Friday Night Magic at 6:30pm on the day of release! This is a sealed event, meaning for $36 plus tax, you get 6 Lorcana packs to open and build your own deck! The deck building rules are different than the standard deck build. You will build a 40 card deck and ink colors without restriction. This is the perfect opportunity to experience the excitement, see the new cards, and play with them. Everyone will receive a promo card, and prizes will be given out randomly. Don’t worry about having to learn everything at once! Our community will be there to help each other out along the way. After all, we are all new Lorcana players!!!
